問題 : Outlook 的使用者送出電郵， 對方只見到一個 winmail.dat 的檔案

原因 : Outlook 使用outlook RTF 格式，所有檔案會組合成winmail.dat , 在 outlook express，outlook 及 lotus notes 可以自動打開， 但是thnude解決方法: 由於是outlook 不跟從網絡標準， 因此請設定outlook 只送出HTML 檔式或文字檔 (plain text)

Step 1: 在inbox , 按工具 -> 選項

Step 2: 按 郵件格式, 選 HTML

step 3: 如果寄到某些使用者， 還是顥示 winmail.dat, 可能是outlook 自動記錄對方的習慣

在寄郵件時， 在對方的電郵上， 按滑鼠右鍵 , 按 outlook 內容

step 4 : 設定 ‘僅傳送純文字
